About the project
The Brief
The COVID-19 pandemic provided the catalyst for significant change at the department around how people communicate and engage with learning.
Individuals across L&D are now routinely required to facilitate virtually, both in the context of formal ‘training’ and for general consultation.
Unfortunately, people were expected to know how to best facilitate a virtual experience, without having support to do so.

The Solution
I developed a toolkit to document my own virtual facilitation experience and to share my approach with others.
