Design a workshop with L&D

In my role, I was tasked with guiding new clients in designing and facilitating workshops.

While most clients had a reasonable idea of what they wanted to achieve, they were often confused about what services L&D could provide and how to work best with L&D facilitators.

In addition, the process of designing a workshop was inconsistent across the L&D team.

I developed a guide, primarily to help new clients understand the process of workshop design, but also to help other L&D team members understand the importance of getting the fundamentals right.

Built in Articulate Rise, this guide answers the most common questions around workshop design.

The guide is provided to new clients at the time of engagement and is used as a reference throughout the process.
